THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS INCLUDE A MANDATORY ARBITRATION AGREEMENT, WHICH MEANS YOU AGREE TO SUBMIT ANY CLAIM (DEFINED IN SECTION 4.3) TO BINDING INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION RATHER THAN PROCEEDING IN COURT. SECTION 4.3 ALSO CONTAINS A CLASS ACTION WAIVER, WHICH MEANS YOU AGREE TO RESOLVE DISPUTES INDIVIDUALLY AND NOT AS PART OF ANY CLASS ACTION.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, excluding conflict-of-law principles, and the Federal Arbitration Act.

4.6 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, represent the complete and exclusive understanding between you and AccessToUserManuals.com.

4.7 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force.
